QR Atelier Terms of Service

I. General Provisions

These Terms are a legal agreement between you (the user) and Fuzhou Qingyue Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of the QR Atelier application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and any subsequent modifications.

The Application provides core services such as QR code/barcode scanning, parsing, and generation. Service content may be adjusted with technological updates.

II. Usage Rules

You may only legally use the Application. You may not scan, disseminate illegal, infringing, or harmful content, nor may you interfere with the application's operation.

The Application requires camera and storage permissions to achieve its core functions. You can enable or disable these permissions in your device settings, but disabling them will affect the use of core services.

III. Data and Privacy

We only collect the minimum data necessary for the service. For specific rules regarding collection, storage, and processing, as well as your related rights, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

We will take measures such as encryption to protect data security. In the event of a data security issue, we will notify you and cooperate with the handling in accordance with the Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

Cross-border data transfers will comply with international regulations, ensuring data security.

IV. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of this application's code, interface, trademarks, icons, etc., belong to us. You may only use them, but may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer them.

The QR code content generated by you through this application, and the images you upload, belong to you. We may use them for service provision and technical optimization, but will not disclose them to any third party without your consent.

V. Disclaimer and Liability

We strive to ensure service stability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for service problems or data loss caused by uncontrollable factors such as network or equipment failures, force majeure, etc.

Losses incurred by scanning third-party links (such as property damage or information leakage) are your sole responsibility. We only provide technical analysis and are not responsible for the content of third parties.

VI. Terms Modification and Notification

We may modify these terms according to legal or business needs. Your continued use of this application indicates your agreement to the modified terms.

VII. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, you may choose to file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction in our principal place of business, or file a complaint with the data protection authority in your region.

These Terms are governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable laws of your region.

VIII. Miscellaneous
